The OPER! AWARDS 2024 will be presented during a festive gala on 29 January, beginning at 19.30 CET at the Dutch National Opera Amsterdam and transmitted live via this website. At the same time, the prize winners will be announced live on X and Facebook, followed a little later on Instagram, all at @opermagazin.

The assessment period for the OPER! AWARDS 2024 is the calendar year 2023. For the first time, the award gala will take place outside Germany.

In advance, the jury has announced on 21 November 2023 that the Dutch National Opera has been selected for the OPER! AWARD of “Best Opera Company”. Winners of the other 19 prize categories of the OPER! AWARDS will be announced during the awards gala.

AWARDS jury. “We are very much looking forward to honouring the Dutch National Opera on 29 January 2024 at its own premises in Amsterdam with the OPER! AWARD for Best Opera Company.”
